Send a request with a short description of the project. We follow up to talk it through, then schedule a time to evaluate the space in person. Pricing comes in a written proposal after that visit — we do not quote a final number before seeing the surfaces.

Prep depends on the surface, and it is described in your proposal. Interior work typically includes masking, patching, caulking and sanding. Exterior work typically includes washing, scraping, re-caulking and spot priming.

Yes. We talk through sheen and product options for each surface and how the room is used, and we are glad to look at samples with you. Final color choices are yours, confirmed in writing before we start.

Most interior projects are done in occupied homes. We work room by room where possible, keep walkways clear, and let you know each day which areas will be in use.

Coverings come up, tools are packed out, and the space is swept at the end of each day. Nothing is left staged in living areas overnight unless we have agreed to it.

It changes through the season, and exterior work depends on weather. We give you our current availability when we send the proposal rather than promising a date up front.

A single room and a whole-home exterior are very different projects. Your proposal includes an expected working window based on the actual scope, and we tell you promptly if weather or a surprise repair changes it.
